Yes Ontario has their own plan and it is a question whether they would cooperate with Mushkegowuk and company as an alternative to Mattawa.
I happen to agree that the northern railway to Moosonee should remain public. However I would like to see ONTC work in cooperation with what even native communities to get rail to the Ring.

Where I am most disappointed with Ontario is why it has not issued the required permits to Noront for the east-west Noront road. This road has got little to do with what ever route a railway to the Ring takes. There has been to much time wasted in delivering those permits and it should not be a difficult process.

No excuse for road. ( How about hydro line to the Ring? Again, no excuse.)
