Agreed! Key word seahwaks............proposal.

The proposal gives me hope, and that is more than i've had in a while, so i'll take it. Just keep in mind that this isn't the first proposal we've seen. In fact, I can propose the railroad travels from the ROF to my place, but that doesn't mean it will come to fruition. Proposals are great but i'll be happy when I see the real thing. Fingers crossed.
