In this instance I would say coincidence indeed, as Much of London's finance industry is located at the "Square Mile" or the "City" the long standing business hub of London....the other major financial district is the Canary Warf area, about four kilometres east of the "City."

Now if they were both located in the same building or on the same floor, that would likely be more than a coincidence in my opionion
