The Honourable Greg Rickwood, the Federal Minister of Natural Resources- Responsible for the Ring of Fire was in Timmins for fundraiser for the Timmins James Bay Conservative Party Association. He took time to make an announcement of a grant to NeoNet, an organization that provides on going support to business in the Northeastern part of Ontario. www.mininglifeonline.net however did ask three questions about the Federal Government's intentions on developing the infrastructure to make the Ring of Fire a reality. Currently the project once deemed the equivalent of the Alberta oilsands has hit the doldrums and progress has slowed considerably. Here is Minister Rickwood's response to the questions posed by www.mininglifeonline.net
