Sounds as if the ROF is a very active project within both levels of government. Also, I get the impression the E/W route is the only option to start. I am hopeful the EA will be approved in the near-term (3-6 months). Noront is the front door to the ROF. Though it is a shame we are held hostage to Ontario leadership right now, but the pressures are building.
