"perhaps he should buy NOT as well?"

I say that he should not, merely that he could.
I much prefer that he buy Vale and that we come to some kind of arrangment that we have their smelters etc, finish processing our ore, for mutual benefit.

I do not share the common opinion that we would get maximum value during a battle for our shares of the whole company.

My justification is that I feel we would appreciate in sp more if we exist as an independent entity instead of being entirely bought out. This is based on richness of our nickel ore, a real golden goose.

However I would agree if their buying involved only our chromite assets.
