It's amazing how different work ethics can be between one group and the next or between one member of a family and the next.

Maybe Noront will have to ship in some work hungry miners to do the job. Whatever happens, that ore has to come out of the ground one way or another. If the price of oil stays down and things slow down in Alberta, there will be a lot of young strapping lads who will be looking for good work for big bucks. But it's a long time before Noront will be looking for boat loads of workers and anything can happen between then and now.

If the government is waiting for the development company to get all their facts straight and to receive a satisfactory report before they will sign off on the deal and get things moving, so be it. Even though I'm as impatient as all hell, I understand that the job has to be done right.
