Very good audio segment. Near the end, at around 2:40 there was a "hint" (not really a hint, more like an ultimatum) that, and I paraphrase, if the Prov is not ready to provide the plan and resources to run the Devco then the Feds with others will move on without the Prov. This would certainly not what his friend the Prov Minister would want, but it's too bad we would need to move on...Tough love, but letter writing cannot go on forever! Time for action, my friend, the Honorable Minister.

This was "as clear as it gets".
