I doubt anyone frequenting this forum is selling.

I think it is people who are largely unaware of the subtleties with this stock, some for tax reasons and still some funds that got in cheap last year and are squirling away small profits in anticipation that this stock will still go down due to delayed permits.

Most here like myself, are tapped out cash wise to aquire more shares and are waiting for news about permits and/or funding.
