Deputy: I respectfully disagree. The construction consortium team , equipment, material etc,etc, is "shovel ready" per Semple, Coutts, as described in the NOT's fall NR. The ball is in WYnnes court and she has until the end of the month to accept the "Test Case" plan. With no definitive ON action, then After new year there will be repercussions for everybody. Peter
