They will probably not report back to work at least until mid January.

Which means we can kiss most of this winter´s delivery and construction season good bye.

Sp will revisit mid and perhaps low 20 cents in winter.

I think our 007 was expecting at least the EA to be provided to us before members of parlaments went on break. Note his absence.
