Good letter, BUT STILL ...."Our plan....our plan... "....details please.!..where is the Deloitte Report ? ...you wonder why you pleas for funding from the Feds are falling on deaf ears , when you have been repeatedly advised to provide details of those plans and have not been forthcoming (as far as the public is aware)
