Hi Babjak, I am kind of glad that you draw my (and everyone elses) attention to the fact that it's an old article, because the content is so negative.

I had forgotten that I had read it earlier, and I thought to myself when I read it on the KWG forum the other day - Oh no, how many times can the FN chiefs deny that meaningfull consultation (whatever that means) are taking place..., so I'm glad we are probably past that, and hopefully making good progress.
