First step would be for KWG and NOT to approach EACH OTHER and get on the same page!!!!!! Both KWG and NOT have in nrs indicated they each have been talking/involved with FNs. Why then are the FNs still taking the position that they have not been "brought to the table". Where are the proponents of Frank's plan...other than Frank??????
