Along that line of thinking, at most 10% of that 0.5% of the population of Ontario are endlessly debating and dragging out decisions about our road and railway because of 0.1% effect on carribou with other animals, and less than 0.01% effect on fauna.
Why?
Because our misinformed governments let them by being cowardly with decision making.
