Peter I coudn't agree with you more!!

The "Wicked Witch of the West" (I live in the Ottawa valley) had no intention of giving a billion dollars to the north in my opinion, as there are no votes for her there.

She shot her wad in the Toronto/Hamilton area with her promises of transportation solutions??

She is running a with major deficit left over by the McGuilty government and is broke!! The only way she can get the dollars is by selling off assets such as the LCBO..the Beer Stores or Ontario Hydro (which they have already screwed up! OR RAISE TAXES! Remember McGulty saying "we won't raise taxes" and less than two months later put a surcharge on our health benifits!

This is why she is deflecting any criticism and laying it at the feet of the Feds.

The Feds want a solid plan of what she is going to do with the billion dollars before signing any cheque...it's as if a grandson comes to you and wants tuition for college to be a "pharmacist" and latter you find out he was snorting drugs up his nose!
