I hope you read my most recent post. Your information is extremely accurate, and timely with some of my aforementioned post content. The Fed led DoE/MoE approval given by all evaluators including the ON province requested additional EA work , ....all at NOT expense. As another of 7 + year NOT investor, we're in the same frustration boat. There are some here (few), who are basher accusers, and having read your stuff for years, you are definitely not one of those bathers. Regards, peter
