This was posted and discussed a few days ago. Current items suggest Noront and communities have been and are engaged in process. Gov'ts, I believe, are waiting on Harper's return from China. Announcements from both Govt levels and formal approval of Noront EA forth with, imo. Permits follow shortly after and Noront remains on schedule for late Dec road work and of course Eagles Nest mine development. All good
