In July, Premier Wynne's government passed the 2014 Budget, which included a new 10-year economic plan and over $130 billion in infrastructure investments. There will be dedicated funds for roads and public transit initiatives, permanent municipal infrastructure funding and major investments in health care, justice, education facilities and the Ring of Fire. The Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) model will continue to play a central role in the government's agenda.
