How do you close a transaction on a purchase of the camp without disclosing any terms?

I do remember reading on this forum that the camp was built on Noront property and that Cliffs would build a permanent camp for their purposes later.

It was built there because of higher land and convienent at the time.

What equipment??? besides tents and kitchen supplies stoves etc.. not sure how much was paid and if any????

I would not have paid much for something that would have cost them to move back out anyway.
