Goodheart-r, I can only guess that you obtained this information from a government website, judging by the repetitive dribble given to intended reader. Especially when the responses to the questions asked are so short and vague that they lack any degree of substance. Clearly the answer to the above question indicates that the province has no intention of moving fast or telegraphing their next move with the DEVCO ahead of the EA results, which we hope are pending sometime before the end of this year. The door to the ROF is unfortunately hinged to the EA and will not open until all parties (FN, PROV., FED., environmentalists...) see a positive result. Throwing public money and resources around at something that is not a sure thing and then making it publicized is not a wise maneuver for any government MP, Premier or PM, so I think we all can expect very little in the way of information or progress from our governments pre-EA; IMO.
