To the best of my knowledge, since this is NOT a board paid for by Noront, it is monitored by US, not by Agoracom. We hub leaders have the power to ban posters. I have never done so myself so I'm not sure quite how it works. If you are a President and you go into "manage violations", you will see that you have an option in the processing of a violation to Ban User. If you click on that, then Agoracom sends out an automatic email to the individual concerned (with no human involvement).

In fact, I recollect something similar recently where one of you did something like this and when everyone went nuts, you didn't 'fess up.

Point being, chances are that it was somebody on this board who banned rosbg (incorrectly in my opinion) and not Agoracom.
