Message: Noront Resources Provides Update on Eagle's Nest Mine

There are no all year roads, those 3 I believe are proposed winter ones if we are looking at the same map with the light grey shadings.

If you go from Pickle Lake, the second one going NW, left turn, goes near Neskatanga.
There is a fourth near the end of KWG proposed road going to left near the Ring itself, which goes to Webequie.

I believe all four in grey shading are proposed winter roads that would branch off from the proposed and permanent KWG alternate road.

I wonder what you mean by 'Marten Falls Jct'? If you mean where the grey shaded road goes to Marten Falls from KWG proposed then, the distance from 808 is probably longer then you may think.

"They would not just sit iddle to let Marten Falls have the privilege and monopoly."
"What about the 4 FN groups, including Webequie, on the west side...stay iddle while the east side is busy building access roads?"

My though same, that is why I think Noront should take a back seat ( as they seem to be doing) and let the communities come to terms as to what route they all can agree upon. I suspect it wil take a while and require intervention by province ( probably Ministy of Transport). Am disapointed because decision of route should have been made years ago.

Good speculating, Ed.
