August 20/2014 Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements

show 2,000,000 Performance Share Units issued on Dec20/2013.

So year end anniversary should be Dec20/14, Dec20/15, Dec20/16 and

finaly Dec20/17 instead of Oct 1 each year.

Hi mynot............Above was posted by me on August 20/14.

Also 3,000,000 Options exercisable @ $.30 were issued to him on Sep 23/13.

First Million vested immidietly upon signing of employment contract on the

same date. Second Million Options vested yesterday Sep 23/2014 with last

one Million to vest next year.So he would be able to exercise 2 Million as of now.
