i go through the u.s. to the southwest in the winter and i see acre after acre of solar pannels and wind mills industrys have fields of solar pannels beside them i mean there a lot of them...it makes me wonder why the govt hasnt used them on these reserves. on bad days use the generators to charge the batterys eventually they would have paid for themselves on savings from flying in deisel to remote communities...if noront wants to use generators before the power lines get in..it would be a good thing
