I recently had a conversation with Mr Coutts and asked a followup question re the metrics of his performance bonus and he clarified the SP evaluation performance criteria and it's translation into actual PB. The $0.50 per year (Oct 1 year end) sp increment was intended to indicate his personal minimum annual sp goals. Sp is only one of many measurement factors, all of which are evaluated by the BoD in his annual board review. Peter
