It is held up by the delay from Ontario government re permits which in turn is trumped by the natives who continually claim lack or sufficient consultation and themselves are not ready or entilted to consultation.

I am affraid that the next decade will arrive and there will still be insuficient consultation. And why do we consult with natives who live 100 or more kilometers from the Ring. That is giving power to people who should not have it.
