Nice thought Ken but...
I do not think that we can rely on Bao or RCF to spend a nickel for road construction.

Roads are a provincial responsibility and they could be partnered with companies or fund the road all by themselves.
By partnership I mean companies in the Ring who stand to gain most, or will use road most, should contribute
BUT and it is a big but IMO.
Ontario has a lot to gain from the road, the taxes from mine development and production so it is their duty to fund to the extent of their gain. No free ride for any one. That is why I harp also about federal government's contribution to that road's construction.

But I concur, that we should be hauling metals to market while they are still debating about how to solve the chromite ore's problems and needed infrastructure for that ore.

Anybody have any doubt why I am invested in Noront and why I spend as much time posting on this forum?

Cheers, Ed G.
