You have nothing to apologize for and entitled to be a bit miffed. I mean if you can't then the rest of us would be a bit limited,lol. We have good cause to be impatient and thus express it.

As for drilling, I think it is better to buy a known entity then search for a needle in a hay stack.
Granted with our hold it is a no brainer to drill but that drilling can not excape us, it will be done, just that I prefer that it be done later when we have a steady income.

But there is a strategic incentive to aquire neighbour's assets or aquire neighbours themselves. The Ring is a rich terrain so there is an incentive to assimilate competition, is there not?
