Fairness may be expected as to applying the rules, but let's stay cool, nobody was shot here! This Forum belongs to Agoracom Corp. (Have you read the clauses of the initial Agreement when you first got in?) They can remove whoever they want, interpreting their rules the way they need - but if they act unfairly or unpleasantly, we (the avatars) will find our way elsewhere... Like with a Bar or a Restaurant! They don't want that, so they'll probably do something about djje reintegration (will djje accept to come back? Hmmmm....).
