usually a hub leader takes responsibility for banning. she/he comes forward to explain which rule/rules were broken.

i, like many others, thought that djje had not been posting because there was nothing new to say. we have all been waiting for news upon which we could comment.

now that this revelation has been aired, i'm sure we all await the hub leader's explanation.
