Thanks Bananaboy, that is what I understand was Originally.

My question to the forum is = Why would Cliffs go for a road which while cheaper up front needs more maintenance over time and it costs more to transport with? Heck it would spread more ore dust along the way than trains would. Natives would be more against it.

Only reason is that they had no choice and had to search for an alternative.

Hey, I am not trying to white wash Cliffs, and I do not own or never had owned any of their shares. I am just trying to promote proper perspective and understandong of what and Why.
