Thanks Rich 43!!

Although it is only one piece of the puzzle that is ROF, I see the establishment of

IDC a pleasant departure from empty promises of the past, where we kept hearing

of the need to "do it right" but no accompanied action. Let us hope that today's

announcement is but a start to be followed by many more going forward.
