I believe that the total costs of moving to the TSX are also in the range of a quarter million dollars, once all the legal and regulatory requirements are met. It may be that spending a quarter million dollars on a TSX listing doesn't currently make sense, at least not until/unless they need to go to the market for financing. And if there is an assurance from one of their backers that funding can be negotiated, it may be a low priority. This is only speculation.
