I will not repeat my own story about a $ 0,05 call contract bought on Inco which turned our 700$ investment into, wow, $ 30 000 in less than a few weeks (this was in the Summer of 95!). And how most of the booty was lost with a 'sure bet' on Bre-X shares a few months later... Boy, did I learn a few things then!!! (One of which is "never hold the in-laws Investment Club meeting on a warm Sunday afternoon around the BBQ stove with a beer in hand")
