Message: Divisional Court Says KWG May Negotiate Conditions of Easement Under Public

"Wednesday's decision allowed the appeal, set aside the decision of the MLC and granted the original application to dispense with the consent of KWG subsidiary Canada Chrome Corporation ("CCC") to an application for an easement over CCC claims."

Hi RL.

Frank already "made" this announcement if reading between the lines of his recent Letter to shareholders... He was obviously aware that he could not anymore impose the rail-only corridor when he issued the NR... It was a good thing to remain in front and keep some leadership by posting ahead an updated view as regard to accessing the Ring... Frank's position regarding transportation, processing in Canada legislation, bond-financing and FN involvement has not moved and is still the same... Now he has to soften his position a bit, but he insures that KWG is still a key player in the area...

I think we'll see some consolidation beginning sooner or later, in regards of Cliffs recent corporate shaking and Ontario's political infras commitment (or better said: commitment to commit!), Noront being strategically in a very good position to lead the way there... Mr Coutts' words at the last AGM about their interest in RoF Cliff's assets talked a lot IMO. GLTA
