I doubt the Germans, Chinese or whomever else wants it all, and even if they did they would have a tough time buying the whole place up without contention. Strategic interest in my opinion and I welcome that. The sooner something sparks this fire the better, because there has been too much dousing of the flames, rather than fanning them.
