The comment I want to make is this: There is a pattern of successively lower number

of interest shares paid to RCF.

Jan 13/14........................2,104,398 shares issued to RCF

April 10/14.........................871,434 shares issued to RCF

July 10/14..........................518,270 shares issued to RCF

And i firmly believe that this trend will continue going forward.Some call it

a share grab. I very much disagree. Why? Where can you find an entity that will

loan money to small speculative resource company like Noront without demanding

to be paid for taking that risk? When a small company needs cash to operate it

will take the best deal available.

Remember well, being told by Wes Hanson that he did NOT want to go to market

to raise cash because of low price. Noront was changing hands at 65 cents then.

Less than three weeks later he did PP with RCF at 52 cents. WOW!!

Still strong on Noront.
