I believe Wynne didn't promise what I would term "action" within 60 days, but this -

"her party has re-committed to getting the ball rolling on their own. They pledged to have a development corporation established within 60 days of being re-elected, including First Nations, local communities, private partners, the province and perhaps the federal government."

So expect a big talk-fest, or at least the establishment of the framework for a talk-fest, and invitations to the first meeting should be sent out soon after the 60 day date, when the office furniture is in place and the coffee machines have been tested.

This will generate newsworthy statements and comments, which is good, and may give share prices a bump.

Mr "We have to get it right" is still the minister in charge, but he does have a mandate to act, so we can expect statements defining "right" soon after the first meeting(s), and if sense prevails, actual surveyor's stakes in the ground before snowfall. In my opinion there has to be action on one of the east-west roads first, because whatever else may be decided, the communities up there must have at least some of their needs included in development, and roads are relatively cheap and quick, and will serve mining companies as well.
