If thus far you have only read the accompanying article, I would encourage you to listen to the audio (specifically between 03:15 to 04:45) , as I think that you will find that the tone overall is positive as expressed by NAN Grand Chief Harvey Yesno, especially with regards to the Ring of Fire . I haven't heard him speak before but in this interview his style is non-inflammatory and without rhetoric, his words measured. He sees doesn't see this ruling as a threat to the process or framework that has been unfolding, but more as a reaffirmation of the duty to consult that has occurred and which needs to continue to occur , in order to in fact enhance the development process.
