I wish I had your confidence that the framework agreement has settled the issue of traditional land. While it does say they will work together that could very well change and be subject to more demands. I have lived with and worked with natives all my life and know that agreements are often ignored as they demand more and more.

I hope the status quo remains and that the early work done by Noront will mean we progress as planed. I have waited 7 years and can wait a couple more I just hope this decision does not mean we move slower then the snail pace we have been on.
