Strato, I hope by a triple you mean $3, and not 3 x .61= $ 1.83. Since there is no doubt more value to NOT then meets the eye. I am sure should an offer come we will definitely see a bidding war to drive this higher than your estimates; appreciated nonetheless and IMO. TM.
