Gentlemen, I think we are missing a crutial part of her statement .....she is willing to invest 1 billion for infrastructure TO the RING OF FIRE.... there is no mention of any investment for infrastructure IN roads to mine sites or Native villages within the ROF.... (lawyerese????)
