Ref your mention of 'Peter Kewitt' ... This appears to be Kiewit Construction, involved in both the Diavik and Raglan mines, so lots of experience in the Canadian north. For Raglan, Kiewit-Nuvumiut was created as a joint venture between Kiewit and Nuvumiut Development Corporation (an Inuit Company) for the open-pit mining contract. ALso involved in Voisey Bay and Long Harbour Nickel Processing Plant NFL., and a ton of roads and Highways in NA.

Huge global company and another class act...that Noront has as a partner.
