Although I've been trying to remain quite with respect to the validity of the KWG claims, I must point out one thing.

KWG is happy to have the claims transfer into the Development Corporation so all companies will have access to the Ring, rather than a sole company having monopoly access.

Had Cliffs held the claims, they would have fought tooth and nail to retain this as a monopoly, which would not be in the best interests of all other companies in the Ring, nor of the FN's or the public.

At the very least, if KWG loses the claims, then KWG has still done a good thing. They will have ensured that the claims are available for the "public good." If the government takes the claims away, it will be so that the Development Corporation has control, not to give the claims to Cliffs.

I'm a shareholder of both Noront and KWG, and have been bouncing back and forth between the two in terms of which is more heavily weighted in my portfolio. Currently, I'm slightly heavier in KWG.

But make no mistake, even if you don't agree with the fact that KWG holds the claims and think they should be taken away from KWG, at least if they're taken away, it won't be to award an access monopoly to a different company.
