Have I over simplified the end result from all the verbal chatter/positions stated...tonight Deloitte will deliver a recommendation to who ever is elected, development Corp holds meetings to get agreement on best plan to follow, then the Fed;s / Ont can work on the dollars needed to execute the plan....perhaps road first then rail? question remains .... which party can deliver? cheers John
