i would like to know what bob rae knows about the fund disbursment of the fed money that these people are receiving....the people that put them in these living conditions are probobly there own leaders and they are using these communities for show to get more funding...its a visious circle but in my thoughts the rich get richer and the poor get poorer...hard for me to sympathise....gl....ken
