Ok, been awhile since I've posted as truly there has not been a lot to talk about that hasn't already been said...and then came this morning and we got the announcement on a billion commitment. If this doesn't warrant some discussion then what will? So although I have held quietly hoping for the last many years I think finally we can all strap ourselves in and wait for the ride to begin.
