Good points Tin Man, no need to apologize.

The FN issues are not even checked off. They've simply agreed on a framework. Negotiations in earnest have yet to begin.

Hopefully at least one of the two significant transportation/access issues will be green-lighted tomorrow.

The EA still needs many months to play out. There will be obstacles and challenges, but I believe that such obstacles will all be overcome eventually.

I prefer the term realism to pessimism.

But I'm also excited about tomorrow.
