I can only guess that the EA process has already been approved in the mines of the Liberals, seeing as how this has not been a topic of discussion even remotely shared with the media, or anyone for that matter. May be because they know something we don't, or to them it is a non issue. I have expressed my view in the past, that there is a solution to every environmental issue that presents itself, especially when you are talking about a multi-billion dollar venture that simply cannot be passed up. The overall agenda in respect to the FN is one that is being addressed quite nicely, and the economics of the ROF and all of its benefits are indeed impressive, but somehow I can't help but feel that the green light we are hoping to get tomorrow may have a tinge of yellow to it. Don't get me wrong, I do believe the road to the ROF will be built, and that the FN will benefit from it immensely, but to Noront and all the others intending to mine in the ROF this can only be of significance once the EA issue passes, and is approved by all; FN especially. I hope I am wrong here, and that our sp skyrockets tomorrow, but so far my mind says that the road is just the second thing to check off our list, after the FN being our firist. IMO until the environmental concerns have passed many will still be waiting on the NOT too distance sidelines. That is unless those looking to invest also see the EA as a non issue, as I and many do. This is what I am banking on, and I hope for dearly. Who knows, we may even get the Tories coming to our party with a nice big gift once the Liberals are finished.
The devils advocate is not always welcomed, and it feels strange to be pessimistic before our day in the sun, but at this point in the game I have learned to be skeptical of good news, for more often than NOT it doesn't always go they way we plan it.
